When you sign up to purchase a Product from Wheelhouse College, you have started a Subscription. A Subscription is a fee attached to a Product on Wheelhouse College. Subscriptions require a credit card payment and are almost always charged on a recurring monthly basis until they are suspended. While subscriptions are never invoiced, the Account Representative receives an e-mail notification when a payment has been applied to the account for any Subscription. They can review upcoming or past payment schedules from their Dashboard.
Account Representatives are the only profile with the authorization to adjust, suspend, or reactivate Subscriptions. They can do so from their Account tab on their Dashboard.
