Your Account tab has two primary views: Customer Accounts and Invitations.
- From your Customer Accounts view, you have an overview of all accounts subscribed to your product.
- From the Invitations view, you can view a list of the ten most recently activated accounts, accounts that were invited by Product Owners and are still pending, as well as accounts that were initiated by customers either via the marketing site or by invitation who didn’t quite complete the process.
As a Product Owner, you have the capability to:
- Initiate Accounts*
- Suspend Subscriptions
- Add Locations
- Add Users
- Export detailed reports on each account into a CSV file
*It’s important to note that if your account users have a subscription to another product on Wheelhouse College, you will not be able to modify or view that information or delete the account entirely. If the account subscribes solely to your product, you may delete it, but be certain you want to do this as this action is irreversible.
