When you sign up to purchase a Product from Wheelhouse College, you have started a Subscription. A Subscription is a fee attached to a Product on Wheelhouse College. Subscriptions require a credit card payment and are almost always charged on a recurring monthly basis until they are suspended. It should be noted that not all subscriptions to a product owner’s products are paid for by the dealerships that sign up for them.
Product Owners can adjust, suspend, or reactivate internal Subscriptions from the Accounts tab by selecting the Account they wish to alter and choosing "suspend or reactivate" in the Account Details Panel. A modal will pop up asking if the account should be suspended now or at the end of the billing cycle. After choosing, select "confirm."
