As a Product Owner, you are tasked with managing numerous Accounts. Accounts are the ticket to gain access to the products available on Wheelhouse College's Learning Management System (LMS). Dealerships will create an account when they begin a recurring subscription to a Wheelhouse College product. The Account itself is free, whereas the Products may have subscription fees attached to them.  


The Account has a hierarchy of User Roles, each with their own level of access. These roles include the Account Representative, Administrator, Manager, and Staff. The Account tab is only available to the Account Representative as this is the only person authorized to make financial decisions and changes to the Account, add Locations, add or remove Seats from a Product, unseat or remove users from a Product, and Suspend or Activate Products.


While Product Owners do not create accounts, they can invite dealerships to set up a new account. Product Owners can view a list of their Accounts on their own Accounts tab.
