If you'd like to reactivate an Account's suspended subscription, navigate to your Customer Accounts view of the Accounts tab. Locate the Account Name under the Active Accounts header.
- Select the Account name to populate the Account Details view.
- In the Subscription Details section, you will see a list of Products to which that Account is or was subscribed to.
- Locate the Product you wish to reactivate and select the blue Reactivate link next to the product title.
- In the next modal, select "Confirm." This action is likely to charge the payment method associated with the Account.
Note: If an Account is suspended due to payment issues (invalid or expired credit card as examples), the Account Representative of that Account must log in and re-enter payment details before the Account can become active again.
