If you'd like to reactivate an Account's suspended subscription, navigate to your Customer Accounts view of the Accounts tab. Locate the Account Name under the Active Accounts header. 

  1. Select the Account name to populate the Account Details view. 
  2. In the Subscription Details section, you will see a list of Products to which that Account is or was subscribed to.
  3. Locate the Product you wish to reactivate and select the blue Reactivate link next to the product title.
  4. In the next modal, select "Confirm." This action is likely to charge the payment method associated with the Account.


Note: If an Account is suspended due to payment issues (invalid or expired credit card as examples), the Account Representative of that Account must log in and re-enter payment details before the Account can become active again.
