Sometimes Product Users forget their passwords and need a password reset e-mail sent to them. As a Product Owner, you can do this easily from your Accounts tab.

  1. Select the Account to which the user belongs.
  2. Scroll down to the user's name.
  3. Hover over the wrench icon located to right of their name and select "Reset Password"


Note: If a user has never logged in, the only option that will be available is to resend the invitation e-mail.
