The People tab provides the Product Owner with an overview of all people, seated and unseated, within the accounts that they manage. The overview information provided includes first and last name of the user, the department(s) they belong to, what product(s) they are seated in, and the last log in date and time.


From the drop down menu next to "Accounts" at the top, the Product Owner may choose the account they wish to view. The list of users that first appears is for all departments and all locations. To refine this list, select "Filter by" at the top.  A menu will appear showing options to filter by seat status, departments and locations for the chosen account. By utilizing the search box on this page, the Product Owner may find the information they seek faster. Search criteria include first name, last name, e-mail address and account name.


By clicking on the person's name, that individual's information will appear in a details panel to the right. There are numerous features that can found within this details panel including:
