Courses are a collection of lessons, quizzes, and an exam at the conclusion to test the student's knowledge of the training content found within the course.
We have categorized courses within common departments found inside adventure and action sports retail shops, such as Parts & Apparel, Unit Sales, Receptionist, etc. Within each department will be multiple courses, ordered by Level. This way, a student can view, revisit, and understand the training in a logical sequence that builds knowledge upon a strong foundation.
Within the course, quizzes punctuate groups of lessons and allow students to review major concepts found within these lessons before moving on. Final exams conclude the course and must be passed with a score of 80% or higher. Upon completion of this course exam, the student earns a Certificate of Completion and may progress in the Course series (where applicable--most Course series' have a prerequisite order and must be taken in order by a Staff person.)
Manager, Administrators, and Account Representatives can view a list of available courses within the product to which they have subscribed by viewing their library tab. Here they will see how the courses are sorted within departments and can enroll themselves in courses, assuming they have a seat.
