For Admin and Manager users, running a Training Progress Report is an easy way to see exactly what your team has accomplished and how much training they have yet to complete.  The Training Progress Report outlines the Department(s) and Product(s) a User is enrolled into; the current, closed, and completed Courses; as well as dates, Quiz scores, and Exam scores related to their Courses.  Downloading the spreadsheet version of this report from the People tab is the best way to view, organize, and manage the information that is important to you.


Creating a Multi-User Report -

  1. Navigate to the People tab.
  2. Select Filter by to choose which parameters you wish to set for the report.
  3. Next, select Group from the User information panel on the right side of the screen.
  4. Choose all or a selection of Users you wish to include in the report.
  5. Select Run Progress Report.
  6. To generate a report in Excel spreadsheet format, select the Download button.  In the Excel file, you will see different tabs for each product into which your Users are enrolled. 


Creating a Single User Report -

  1. Navigate to the People tab.
  2. Locate and select the User whose Progress Report you are interested in running.
  3. Select Run Progress Report.
  4. To generate a report in Excel spreadsheet format, select the Download button.  In the Excel file, you will see different tabs for each Product into which your selected user is enrolled.
