Seats are an individual’s license to train on Wheelhouse College. Just like a student in a brick and mortar classroom, Seats are given to students of all levels be they Staff, Management, or Administrators. When a Staff person is seated, they will be allowed access to the Product training via their My Courses tab. When a Manager or Administrator is assigned a Seat, they have access to the training content in two ways: 1) Via the Library tab and 2) Via enrollment into Courses and access to those Courses from the My Course tab.
For any user to view the training content of any Product, via the My Courses tab or the Library tab, they must be assigned a Seat in that specific Product. All Accounts have the ability to add/subtract seats to best suit their dealership needs.
