Here's a quick video showing you how to suspend a product subscription:


Only the Account Representative has the authority to do this.


Navigate to the Account tab on the Wheelhouse menu. To the right, you'll see Subscriptions. Below this, you'll see a colored link, Suspend Subscription.


If you choose to suspend your training product subscription, it will suspend at the END of your current billing cycle. The credit card attached to the Account will not be charged for the suspended subscription again unless you reactivate the subscription.  If you have more than one product that you subscribe to on your Account, only active subscriptions will be charged moving forward. You are welcome to re-activate your suspended subscription anytime, and can do that from the same location on your Account tab.
