To change the Account Representative (also known as the Dealer Representative), you must be the current account rep. Simply go to the Account page and select "change" next to the e-mail address of the current account rep.




To change the Primary Contact, go to the Account tab, select the pencil icon next to the name of the primary contact. From the drop-down box, select your new primary contact. Don't forget to save your changes.
