Only an Administrator or Manager can change a user’s role

As well, below are written instructions with screenshots if you prefer: 


1. Navigate to the People tab.

2. Select the name of the user whose role you wish to change.

3. In the Details Panel to the right of the screen, select the pencil icon next to the "Role" box.

4. Select the drop-down arrow in the "Role" box.

5. Select the user's new role and title, if applicable, and save your changes.
