Only the Account Representative has the ability to update the payment method on the account. They can do so from their Account tab.
- Navigate to the Account Tab.
- Select the blue text that says "Update" next to the payment information at the top right side of the page.
- Enter the credit card details in the box that pops up and hit "save."
You will receive a confirmation when your card is successfully processed. All future charges will apply to the new form of payment.
