Only the Account Representative has the ability to update the payment method on the account. They can do so from their Account tab.


  1. Navigate to the Account Tab.
  2. Select the blue text that says "Update" next to the payment information at the top right side of the page.
  3. Enter the credit card details in the box that pops up and hit "save."


You will receive a confirmation when your card is successfully processed. All future charges will apply to the new form of payment.
