The User Dashboard refers to the primary view that all users with a Wheelhouse profile see when they first log in. Information available in a user's Dashboard varies depending on the user's level of access.


The Dashboard for Account Representatives, Administrators, and Managers displays an overview of their team's most recent training progress.  At the top of the Dashboard, users will see the Activity Panel. In the Activity Panel, users can find their team's recent activity on Wheelhouse College divided into two categories:  Training Activity and User Event. Users can toggle between these two categories by clicking on the category names.


Below the Activity Panel, a table displays an overview of Course progress, Quizzes, Exams, expiration dates, and enrollment information broken down by department and staff member.


Account Rep, Administrator & Manager Dashboard View




As Staff-level users on Wheelhouse do not have a team to manage, the Staff user Dashboard displays an overview of the individual's training progress. Upon logging in, Staff users will see quick summary of the Courses in which they've been enrolled and a snapshot of their progress through those Courses. The number of completed Courses and earned Certificates is also displayed on this page. From here, a user can select a Course and begin training.
