The Account Representative is one of the Wheelhouse College LMS User Roles. The Account Representative has the highest degree of access and authority to make decisions for an Account. Account Reps are, by default, assigned an Administrative role on the LMS, but could be demoted to a Manager user if preferred.  They are most often the person who created the Account and are responsible for handling the payments. The Account Representative is the only person authorized to make financial decisions and payment changes to the Account, add Locations, add or remove Seats from a Product, unseat or remove users from a Product, and suspend or activate Products on the Account.
