Your base subscription includes 10 seats, which are an individual’s license to train on Wheelhouse College. You may invite as many users as you wish, but for those users to access the training they will need to be seated. You may purchase as many seats as you would like, or you can rotate your team through the training by unseating users as they complete their training. Note that there is an unseat fee of $5-10, depending on the product to which you are subscribed.
You can configure your seat count and invite users as you sign up for your subscription and after you're already signed up. Here's how to do that:
- Navigate to your People tab.
- Select the gold + New User link.
- Enter the user's details (name, e-mail address, and user role are required) in the Create New Person popup module.
- Select "Next." We will send the user an invitation to set up their user profile to the address you provided.
