The Account Representative can simply navigate to the Account tab once s/he is logged in, and locate the Subscriptions section on the right side of your screen. You will see a "View/Adjust Seat Assignment" link below the monthly rate for your Account and next to your Account's ratio of seats purchased to seats available. Click this link to activate the Seats Panel. Here you can unseat users, remove users (if they have not started courses or had access to the Library), add seats, and remove seats. 


If your Account has allocated all or most of the Seats to People, you may need to unseat or remove People from Seats BEFORE you can remove those seats from your Account.  Click here to see how to do this.


A confirmation of any new charges, if adding seats, will appear in a pop up window before your card is charged.
