As an Administrator or Manager, you may need to delete a user. Keep in mind that if you do that, the user will be deleted immediately and lose access to and history of his or her training content including exam scores, certificates, and all course progress as well as the online training Account. Instead of deleting a user, you can unseat them from a product so that another user can take their spot, but they will still retain all of their training content.


Should you wish to proceed with deleting a user, here's how:

  1. Log into your Account and navigate to your People Tab.
  2. Locate the person you want to delete and click on his/her name.
  3. Look to the bottom right side of the page and you'll see "Delete User" inside the yellow footer of the details panel. 
  4. Click Delete and confirm you want to delete this user.
