Administrators and Managers may sometimes need to resend Users' invitations to begin training, and there is an easy way to do so. However, we recommend that you first ask the individuals to check their spam folders for the invitations sent previously and/or to add Wheelhouse College to their approved contacts lists to help ensure that they will receive our e-mails. 


In order to resend a User's invitation to begin training, navigate to your People tab and click on the name of the User to whom you need resend the invitation e-mail. In the Details Panel on the right side of the screen, you will see "Send Account Setup" under the names of the User's Managers. Click on that link, and a new invitation e-mail will be sent to the User.


Please note that if the User has logged in previously, you may see "Send Password Reset" instead of "Send Account Setup." Clicking "Send Password Reset" will send the User an e-mail with a link to reset his/her password.
