It is very frustrating to make it all the way through an exam only to see that it didn't save; we're sorry if you've experienced this!

 

Most of the time, this happens because the system has timed out, usually due to a browser issue or internet connectivity problem. As well, the system times out after a user has been inactive for at least ten minutes, although the user experience may not reflect this (based on the browser you're using.)

 

If this is something your dealership is experiencing often, we suggest using Chrome and Mozilla browsers as these issues happen less frequently on them. We also recommend clearing your cache and restarting your computer before attempting the exam again.
