If you've forgotten your password, go to the Wheelhouse login page and click "Forgot?" After you enter the e-mail address associated with your account, a password reset e-mail will be sent to you so that you can create a new one and log back in. You may also contact your manager or administrator and have them send a reset-email to you.
Once logged in, if a Staff user wants to update their password, they can do so by clicking the gear icon next to their name at the top right-hand corner of their page. The profile panel will drop down and they will see an "Update Password" link. Managers and Administrators can find their "Update Password" links by clicking on their Profile tab on the Wheelhouse Menu to the left.
If you're a Manager or Administrator and one of your team has forgotten their password, you can send a Password Reset e-mail to them via the following steps:
1) Navigate to the People tab.
2) Click on the name of the user.
3) Click the "Send Password Reset" link in the user's profile panel on the right-hand side of the page.
4) A Password Reset e-mail will then be sent to the user.
5) Note: Be sure to tell your user to check his/her junk or spam folders as the e-mail may end up there.
