As a Manager/Admin user, when you log into your account, head to the Your Courses tab on your Wheelhouse menu. Locate the Getting Started course lessons in the Current Courses tab. These Getting Started courses are your orientation for our Learning Management System. Bran-D will guide you through how the application works for your User Role. Staff will learn how to begin and progress through coursework, while Managers, Administrators, and Account Representatives will learn how to add team members to the site and enroll them into Courses. They will also learn how to track student progress, reset exams, extend Course due dates, and more.


When you create your profile, you will be automatically enrolled in the Getting Started Course appropriate for your level of access. (If you are a Manager, Administrative user, or Account Representative and want to enroll yourself into the Getting Started Course for Staff, you can do that from the Library tab.)
