Only an Account Representative can do this.



Scenario 1:  When a dealership has a subscription to one or more products on the Wheelhouse College site all of which are suspended, the account representative should follow the steps immediately below to reactivate the subscription(s). (For situations in which your dealership has one active product and one inactive product, scroll down to Scenario 2 below for instructions on how to reactivate the suspended subscription.)


1. As the account representative logging into Wheelhouse, you will see the pop-up modal shown in the screenshot below.  Click on "Reactivate Subscription."




2. You can update your credit card, if necessary, by clicking "Update Credit Card" highlighted in blue in the screenshot below. If you need to adjust the number of seats that your dealership has or if you want to unseat any of your previous users, click on "Adjust Seat Assignments" in the lower left of the pop-up modal.  If no adjustments are necessary, click "Confirm" in the lower right of the pop-up modal to reactivate your subscription.




3. If you clicked on "Adjust Seat Assignments," the pop-up modal seen in the screenshot below will appear.  On the left side, you can adjust your number of seats.  On the right side, you can unseat previous users.  Once you've made your adjustments, click "Confirm" at the lower right of the modal. Click "confirm" again on the next screen, and your subscription will then be reactivated.





Scenario 2:  If your dealership account includes an active product subscription and an inactive product, here's how the account representative can reactivate the suspended product:


1. Go to your Account tab and locate the subscription panel on the right side of the screen. The suspended product will have a "Reactivate Subscription" link next to it; select this link and follow the instructions in the pop-up modal.



2. If you need to update your credit card, you can do so by clicking the link highlighted in blue in the screenshot below.  If you need to adjust your number of seats or any of the people seated, click the link "Adjust Seat Assignments" circled in red below.  When you finish, click "Confirm" to reactivate your subscription.
